4 AM Download this time Monday morning

Yes, I am to spread the word about my 4 AM download again. This time it is about connectivity. Connecting to your guides and helpers. Some people tell me that their guides are animals and some tell me that they have dragons as theirs. Yet others tell me that theirs comes in spirit form or a form of a person and they get names of the guide or guides. Lastly, angels are guides as well.

How do you connect with these helpers? The answer is easy; "Just stop and listen". Listen to the inner voice inside and take it to heart. The hardest part of this is stopping taking time out putting down the phone turning off the computer and just stopping and listening. If you are that high-strung that you can't turn off the world do it in the shower while making yourself clean. It takes practice like anything else you do. Once you start listening to your inner voice then you can move on to the other part of asking names and who you are. This goes without saying and yet I am going to say it. If you get a voice that says do harm to you or yourself then say, "No". If it is persistent then go seek out a professional to help you. Sometimes I am asked, "Who are you talking to?" or "How do you know I am talking to myself?" A dear friend of mine once told me, "You can roll around in shit and still come out smelling like a rose." This is because I have listened to my inner voice and guides and helpers. My guides had told me years ago one thing that has stuck with me and that is; "One illusion that you need to dispel is that you are not connected to the Creator. "You can no sooner cut off your left arm than you can cut the connection to the Creator. " Once I got this lesson things began to flow.
