4 AM Download From Spirit

I received another message from Spirit this morning at 4 AM. I call it a "download" because that's what it feels like when Spirit or Angels give me a piece of information. They seem to prefer doing this around 4 AM. I wanted to share this message with you. It's about self-love and how far you're willing to take it.

Ask yourself if you're truly loving yourself if you're in a job you hate or in a relationship that's not working for you, whether it's romantic or not. Spirit has reminded me that everything in life starts and ends with you. Loving yourself and celebrating who you are is where it all begins and ends.

One more thing to note is that loving yourself also means being kind to yourself. Do things that nurture and bring happiness to you, and you'll see the world around you change.
