Early this morning, I received some information from my guides. They told me that, although we are in this world, we are not of it. We sustain ourselves on the planet's life force and are in tune with its rhythms. We are all connected to the planet's flora and fauna, as we are made of the same stuff. Just like the Rowen Tree, we exist in both planes physical and nonphysical at the same time.

As the planet turns towards the sun, Spring is just around the corner. Although Winter may not let go of its icy grip, the early spring flowers are already starting to emerge. The native peoples of the world are in sync with the planet's rhythms, and we should follow suit.
